• How Many People Can I go bowling with?

  In all our centres there is no limit on the number of people who can bowl together in a group.

  We have installed full height dividers between the lane seating areas. The maximum capacity we allow on each lane is 8 players.
  

• Can I Get Food and Drink Whilst Bowling?

  Yes, of course, you can get food and drink whilst at Hollywood Bowl. Food and drinks can be ordered using the QR code on tables and menus, at selected centres, or from the bar and Diner.

  We recommend that you pre-order food and drink when booking your game. If you do wish to order and pay in centre, contactless payments are preferred.
  

• Do you have disabled access?

  Yes, our centre has been fitted with slopes to ensure disabled access.

• Is there free parking available?

  The Odyssey Car Park, serving the entire development, contains a total of 1500 parking spaces across the front, rear and overflow car parks. There are also 60 designated disabled parking bays. This car park is a shared facility for the whole complex and runs on a first come first served basis including disabled parking spaces. Please allow plenty of time for parking when you make a booking

• Do you have concession rates?

  Yes, we offer a concession rate of around 50% for disabled guests and their carers, as well as seniors.
  This rate is available every weekday before 6pm, for 48 weeks out of 52, including the summer and Easter holidays.

• How long does a game of bowling take?

  We allow 10 minutes per person, per game. Therefore, 1 game for 2 guests is allocated a 20 minute time slot.
  2 games for 2 guests would be allocated a 40 minute time slot, etc.

• Do I have to pay to watch someone else bowl?

  No. If you want to watch someone bowl without playing then there is no charge for this.

• Do you have free wifi?

  Yes, you can access free wifi in our centre using the cloud.

• Is there a cashpoint nearby?

  Yes, we have a cash machine within our centre for guests to use.

• Do you have a change machine for the amusements?

  Yes.

• Do you have play for prizes?

• Does your bar show sports?

  No.

• Is there disabled parking available?

  Yes, there are designated disabled parking available in the main car park for The Odyssey.

• Do you have air conditioning?

  Yes.

• Can I drink alcohol at the lanes?

  Due to current licencing restrictions, alcohol can only be ordered and consumed with a main meal to eat whilst seated at our diner. However we do have a selection of non alcoholic drinks, soft drinks and tasty mocktails available that can be consumed at the lanes.
